Please join me and Francesco De Luca, MD, Division Director of Pediatric Endocrinology at Children’s Mercy Kansas City, for two informative podcasts from Pediatrics in Practice.

The first is about childhood growth problems, and the second is childhood thyroid disease. If you are a pediatrician, family physician, or just interested in how children grow up, please take a listen!

Dr. De Luca was a great guy to interview and clearly explained his topics. Here's the link:

For more interesting interviews, please check out "The Art of Medicine with Dr. Andrew Wilner," which comes out every two weeks. The next episode will post Sunday, January 23, 2022, and it is definitely one of my favorites. My guest is Thomas Schneider, MD, author of "The Extraordinary Life of an Ordinary Man."

I first heard Tom talk about his book on Burke Allen's podcast, "The Big Time Talker," and I was totally blown away. Tom started as a ne'er do well, almost became a Jesuit Priest, enlisted in the Navy and became a fighter pilot (think Top Gun), survived being shot down three times, had a brief stint as a test pilot (crashed again!), became a Navy family physician, an ENT surgeon, and the list of adventures goes on. Tom has had an incredible, unusual, and not entirely pleasant life, from which he has taken away awesome lessons.

Or on your favorite podcast player (i.e., Apple, Goodpods, GooglePlay, iHeart, Spotify, Stitcher).

Your feedback is welcome! Please rate, review, and share those episodes that you like!

Thanks for listening!
