Just received the publisher's editorial review, which contained no substantive changes. There were some stylistic recommendations, which turned out to be rather arbitrary. For example, should one spell out numbers from one to ten, or one to hundred? Depends upon which style reference you use. I subscribed to the Chicago Manual of Style, just to be sure. Turns out that my way was fine!
Now, just one more read through for typos and it's off to press we go!
