AAN2021 Epilepsy Updates with Joe Sirven, MD

Joe Sirven, MD, Professor of Neurology at the Mayo Clinic, MD, discussed epilepsy research presented at this year's American Academy of Neurology Virtual Annual Meeting. Dr. Sirven is one of my mentors and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to speak with him again.

Dr. Sirven highlighted population research in epilepsy as well as the reassuring results of the MONEAD study of neurodevelopmental effects of anti-seizure drugs on children of women with epilepsy.
