Hooray! Locum Tenens Audiobook Published!

It’s my pleasure to announce that “The Locum Life: A Physician’s Guide to Locum Tenens,” is now available as an audiobook on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes. Although I’ve written four books, this is the first one to become an audiobook. “The Locum Life” is the first and only audiobook on the topic of locum tenens.

It was a fun summer project to learn digital audio mastering and perform the 6 hours and 45 minutes of narration. It's gratifying that the recording was accepted by Audible with no critique of the narration!

Here’s the blurb:

First published in 2018, The Locum Life: A Physician's Guide to Locum Tenens, is an insider's guide to locum tenens, the world of temporary physician positions. In 20 clearly written chapters, the author articulates the nuts and bolts of The Locum Life. Physicians will learn how to find their first locum tenens assignment, run their own business, travel, and achieve the work/life balance of their dreams. The locum Life is available in paperback, hardback, Kindle, ePub, and audiobook versions.

If you are interested in trying locum tenens, or even if you have already done a few assignments, you may enjoy listening to “The Locum Life” while in your car, jogging, or on your exercise bike. You can listen to a sample chapter here.

Please let me know what you think!
