Many thanks to the folks at CompHealth for publishing my interview with Spencer Sutherland on YouTube. In this 12-minute video, we discuss methods of compensation and how locum tenens provides flexibility of employment. I share my own experiences of working as a per diem employee, a "W2" employee, and as an independent contractor paid hourly as a "1099" employee.
