Many thanks to my good friend and colleague Selim Benbadis, MD, for sharing his research on cannabidiol and absence epilepsy recently presented at the 2022 American Epilepsy Society meeting in Nashville, TN. Dr. Benbadis, Professor of Neurology and Director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, is an experienced epilepsy clinician and researcher.
